What we collect, why, and what we do not do with it.
What we collect
What you give us in order to buy something: name, email address, shipping address, and a phone number if you provide one. Your order history sits against that.
We do not hold your card details. Card payments are processed by our payment provider and the card number never reaches our systems.
What we use it for
Taking and fulfilling your order, sending the emails that belong to it — confirmation, dispatch, delivery — answering you when you write to us, and meeting our tax and accounting obligations.
Marketing email is separate and only goes to people who have asked for it. Every marketing message carries a one-click unsubscribe. Order emails are not marketing and are sent whether or not you are subscribed, because they are part of the purchase.
Who else sees it
Only the parties needed to complete the order: our fulfilment partner, who receives the shipping address in order to ship; our payment provider; our email provider; and the carrier.
We do not sell your data, and we do not rent or share it for anyone else's marketing.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will do it, except where we are required to keep a record of a sale for tax purposes.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not cancel the emails that come with an order you have placed.
