Shipping Policy

Orders typically process within 1–2 business days once payment is confirmed. Tracking is sent by email when the parcel ships.

Orders paid by bank transfer ship once the payment lands, which is usually a day or two after the order is placed.

Bottles and jars travel sealed and tamper-evident. Packaging is chosen to get the product there intact rather than to look expensive on arrival.

Hydrogel masks and anything with a pump are the most vulnerable to a rough journey; both are worth checking on arrival.

Products are stable at room temperature. Keep them out of direct sunlight and away from a hot car or a radiator; heat is harder on a cosmetic formula than cold is.
