Terms of Sale
The terms on which we sell, and what each of us is responsible for.
Who you are buying from
These products are sold by Royal Empire Supply. Placing an order is an offer to buy; the contract forms when we confirm the order by email.
We may decline an order — including one already confirmed — where an item is unavailable, where a price is wrong, or where we cannot ship to the address given. Where we decline after payment, we refund in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and are shown on the product page. Shipping is added at checkout; any sales tax due is added at checkout and shown before you pay.
Where a price is obviously wrong, we will contact you before dispatch rather than either charge it or quietly cancel.
Delivery and risk
Delivery estimates are estimates. Title and risk of loss pass on delivery to the carrier; our Refund Policy sets out what we do where something arrives damaged.
You are responsible for giving an address we can deliver to. Parcels returned as undeliverable may be reshipped at cost.
Your part
You confirm you are buying for personal use and not for resale, and that you will use the products as directed and for external use only.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.
